How Bus Routes Work
Join DaySchool
The Dog School Bus is a monthly add-on for active DaySchool members. If you're not yet enrolled, learn about DaySchool and sign up — your dog gets world-class training and enrichment every day they attend.
Find or Request Your Bus Stop
Check our active routes below. If there's a stop near your home, office, or apartment complex — you're all set. Don't see one? Request a new bus stop and rally your neighbors. Once 5 members commit to a location, we activate the route.
We Handle the Rest
On your scheduled days, bring your dog to the designated pickup zone at your bus stop time. Our trained handler loads your pup into our safe, climate-controlled transport. Your dog enjoys a full day of DaySchool — training, socialization, enrichment, and structured rest. At the end of the day, we bring them back to the same stop, happy, tired, and better trained than when they left.

Community-Powered Routes
Bring a Bus Stop to Your Neighborhood
Our bus routes are built by the community. Here's how new stops come to life:
How It Works
Submit a Bus Stop Request
Are you a DaySchool member, apartment manager, HOA board member, or office park coordinator? Submit a request for a bus stop at your location. Tell us about the space — we need a safe, accessible pickup/drop-off zone with adequate parking.
Rally Your Community
Share your bus stop request with neighbors, coworkers, and fellow dog owners. Each request page shows how many members have upvoted that stop. When 5 active DaySchool members commit to a bus stop, we begin the activation process.
We Activate the Route
Once 5 members are confirmed, our team scouts the location, finalizes the pickup zone and schedule, and adds the stop to our active route. You'll get a welcome packet with your stop's schedule, pickup procedures, and handler introduction.
Who Can Request a Bus Stop?
A short introductory paragraph.
Individual Members
Any active DaySchool member can request a stop near their home, office, or daily commute route. Rally 4 more members to hit the 5-member minimum.
Apartment & HOA Communities
Property managers and HOA boards can request a dedicated bus stop as an amenity for residents. We'll work with you on logistics, scheduling, and promotion to your community.
Businesses & Office Parks
Offer the Dog School Bus as an employee perk. Office managers and HR teams can partner with us to bring a bus stop to your workplace — your team's dogs get trained while they work.
Ready to Bring the Bus to You?
Submit a bus stop request or upvote an existing one. When 5 members commit, we make it happen.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. The Dog School Bus is a monthly add-on exclusively for active DaySchool members. This ensures every dog on the bus is known to our team, up-to-date on vaccinations, and comfortable in our training environment. If you're not yet a member, learn about DaySchool here.
The bus service is a flat monthly fee added to your existing DaySchool membership. Pricing depends on your stop's distance from our facility. Contact us or visit our pricing page for current rates.
We need a minimum of 5 active DaySchool members committed to a bus stop location before we activate the route. This ensures the route is sustainable and the service remains reliable for everyone.
Great bus stops have a safe, accessible area for pickup and drop-off with adequate parking or pull-through access. Common locations include office park entrances, apartment/condo community centers, retail plaza parking areas, medical center lots, and HOA common areas. We'll scout any proposed location for safety and feasibility.
Absolutely! We love partnering with communities and businesses. Property managers, HOA boards, and office managers can request a stop as an amenity for residents or employees. We'll handle promotion to help you reach the 5-member minimum.
Safety is our top priority. The bus is climate-controlled year-round, dogs ride in individual secure compartments (no free-roaming), every bus has a trained animal care handler on board, and we use GPS tracking so you can see exactly where your dog is. You'll receive notifications when your dog is picked up and dropped off.
No problem. Just let us know by the evening before and we'll skip your stop. You're only charged for your monthly add-on regardless of how many days you use — so there's no penalty for the occasional skip.
Each stop has a scheduled window (typically 30 minutes) in the morning and evening. You'll receive your stop's exact schedule when you sign up. Morning pickups generally run between 7:00–8:00 AM, and drop-offs between 5:00–6:00 PM, depending on route order.
Yes! When someone submits a bus stop request, other DaySchool members can upvote that location to show interest. Once 5 members have committed, we begin the activation process. It's a community-driven system — the more interest, the faster a stop goes live.
We currently operate routes in Scottsdale, North Phoenix, and Cave Creek. Our service area is expanding as new bus stops are requested and activated. Check our active routes above for current stops.
