How Enrollment Works
Take the Quiz or Schedule a Call
Not sure which program is right for your dog? Our free online quiz takes about two minutes and gives you a personalized recommendation based on your dog's age, behavior, and your goals. Prefer to talk to a human? Schedule a free phone consultation and one of our team members will help you find the right fit.
PD360 Assessment (If Needed)
For dogs with behavior challenges — reactivity, aggression, anxiety, or a bite history — we start with a PD360 Assessment. This is an in-person evaluation at one of our facilities where a senior trainer spends time with your dog to understand what's going on and build a custom plan. Not every dog needs this step, but for behavior cases it's essential.
Choose Your Program
Based on your quiz results, consultation, or assessment, we'll recommend the program that fits your dog's needs and your family's schedule. Whether it's DaySchool, board-and-train, group classes, private lessons, or our Transform Camp for severe behavior cases — we'll match you with the right path forward.
Check In & Begin
Once your program is selected and your start date is confirmed, you'll complete a brief intake form, provide vaccination records, and pay your enrollment deposit. On day one, you'll do a quick check-in with your dog's trainer and your dog's journey begins. We'll keep you updated every step of the way through our Pet Parent Portal.

What You'll Need to Get Started
To keep every dog and every team member safe, we require a few things before enrollment:
Vaccination Requirements
- Rabies — current and up to date
- DHPP (Distemper/Parvo) — current and up to date
- Bordetella — administered within the last 6 months
- Canine Influenza (H3N2/H3N8) — required for all boarding and DaySchool dogs
Please bring your vet records on or before your first day. We can also accept records sent directly from your veterinarian.
Pet Parent Portal
Once enrolled, you'll get access to our Pet Parent Portal where you can view your dog's daily report cards, track training progress, manage your schedule, and communicate with your dog's trainer. We'll send you login instructions after enrollment is confirmed.
Enrollment Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your start date. The deposit amount varies by program and is applied toward your total program fee. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled start date.

Training more than one dog? We offer discounts for families enrolling multiple dogs in the same program or across different programs. The more dogs you bring, the more you save.
