Partners Dog School sends periodic report cards with photos and updates during your dog's stay. If DaySchool or training services are added, you will also receive progress updates. If anything out of the ordinary is noticed, the team calls immediately.

What happens at checkout from dog boarding?

Your dog receives a complimentary exit bath and brush before pickup. The team shares updates from the stay, returns any food or medication you brought, and processes your final payment. Your dog goes home clean, happy, and well cared for.

How Boarding Works

Prep & Check-In

Before check-in, we verify Bordetella, Rabies, and Distemper/Parvo vaccinations. You'll complete your dog's profile on our Pet Parent Portal with feeding schedules, medication instructions, and emergency contacts. On arrival, we confirm your checkout date, any add-on services, and take your dog back to begin their stay.

During Their Stay

Your dog receives multiple daily rotations for exercise and potty breaks, personalized feeding and medication administration, and plenty of attention from our experienced team. We send periodic report cards with photos and updates. If you've added DaySchool, treadmill, or training sessions, you'll get progress updates on those too. If we notice anything out of the ordinary, we call you immediately.

Check-Out

On pickup day, your dog gets a complimentary exit bath and brush so they're fresh and clean when you arrive. We'll share updates from their stay, process your final payment, and return any food or medication you brought. That's it — head home with a happy, well-cared-for dog.

Turn boarding into a training opportunity. Your dog joins our DaySchool program during the day — structured training, supervised socialization, enrichment activities, and large indoor/outdoor play spaces. Subject to trainer approval for dog and people-friendly dogs.

Add Treadmill Sessions

15–25 minute supervised treadmill sessions that decrease anxiety, build confidence, drain excess energy, and improve overall health and strength. Ideal for high-energy breeds or dogs who benefit from extra exercise.

Add Private Training

Book individual training sessions during your dog's boarding stay. Work on specific skills or behaviors so your dog comes home not just rested, but better trained.

Add Grooming

Yes, we require a 3-night minimum stay for boarding reservations. This allows your dog to settle in, establish a routine, and get the full benefit of our care program.

Where does my dog sleep? +

We have raised Kuranda cots in either our luxury suites or standard enclosures. Options include 6x4ft enclosures for large dogs and 4x4ft for smaller dogs. All enclosures are climate-controlled with glass and stainless steel construction. Dogs always have access to clean water.

What should I bring to check-in? +

Bring your dog's food (enough for the stay plus one extra day), any medications labeled with clear dosing instructions, written notes on any special diet or feeding schedule, and your vet's contact info. We accommodate raw, kibble, and prescription diets at no charge, and our staff administers oral and topical medications.

Please leave outside bedding, blankets, toys, chews, and anything sentimental or breakable at home. We provide raised Kuranda cots, clean bedding, and a curated selection of safe-tested enrichment toys for every guest. Outside items often get destroyed, lost, or swapped with another boarder — and we have plenty of equipment so your dog won't go without.

Can I add training to my dog's boarding stay? +

Absolutely! We offer DaySchool, private training sessions, and treadmill sessions as add-ons to any boarding stay. Many owners take advantage of boarding time to make training progress while they're away. Not sure which add-on fits? Build your program or ask about options when you book.
