No. The Referral Partner Program is free to join. There is no setup fee, no monthly fee, and no minimum spend. Partners Dogs invests in the program because referrals from trusted pet-care professionals are the best way to reach families who need training help.

Do I need to refer a minimum number of clients to stay in the program?

No. Refer when it makes sense — when a client comes to you with a training challenge that is outside your scope, send them to Partners Dogs. There is no quota and no penalty for a quiet quarter.

Does Partners Dogs do reciprocal referrals back to partner businesses?

Yes. Partners Dogs refers clients to vets, groomers, rescues, and other trusted pet-care professionals on a regular basis. Partners can share their ideal referral profile during onboarding so the team keeps them top-of-mind.

We're honest about scope. If a referral comes to us and it's outside what we do well — for example, a case that needs a veterinary behaviorist or a medical workup first — we refer the client back to you, or to a more appropriate specialist. We'd rather lose a client than place a dog in the wrong program.

Can I track my referrals? +

Yes. Every partner gets a quarterly report with referral counts, enrollment outcomes, and (when the client opts in) a brief progress note. If you want a real-time view, we can also set up a shared dashboard — just ask during onboarding.

Do you do reciprocal referrals? +

Yes. We refer clients to vets, groomers, rescues, and other trusted pet-care professionals on a regular basis. When you join the program, let us know what you do best and what your ideal referral looks like — we'll keep you top-of-mind.
